Creatures (pictures) of the Night

We've been having some amazing weather in Colorado recently. A few nights ago, we had a lightning storm that didn't make a sound but WOW! did it ever put on a show. A "buck supermoon" is supposed to make quite a showing on July 3rd and you can bet that if we have clear skies, I'll be out there with my tripod and camera! I haven't done much night photography at all. So this was a great chance to have some fun practice.
